At Spending Profile, the privacy of our client data is of utmost concern. By using this website, you are accepting the practices and policies outlined here.

Spending Profile only collects and stores information freely entered by clients. This information may include any or all of the following:

• Information required to create an account:
• Email address
• Password (stored using 256-bit encryption)


• Information necessary for building your Spending Profile. This consists of a number of transactions, along with your preferences on how to display those transactions.
• Transactions. A typical transaction consists of the transaction amount, the date the transaction was made, the category the transaction falls into, the transaction type, and optionally the vendor and/or notes.
• Display information. This encompasses such things as your preferences regarding how the graphs are displayed and which information they include.

No sensitive information, such as bank account numbers or credit card numbers, is required to use the service and build your spending profile. We highly recommend that you do NOT enter any such information into the system. We are not responsible for credit card numbers or any banking information that is compromised as a result of being stored in your Spending Profile account.

We do not partner with or have any special relationships with any ad server companies.

All client accounts are protected by a 256-bit encrypted password that cannot be read by anyone, including Spending Profile administrators. It is for this reason that forgotten passwords cannot be retrieved, and a new password must be generated in this event.

The information in a client`s account is private to the client and is not shared with any other organizations for commercial purposes. We do not sell, rent, or loan our membership lists to anyone.

This website does not use cookies, and no identifying information is stored on your computer.
